The name Center Sight says so much about how I see our life work. Seeing from the center means living in connection with our inner most Self creating a sense of attentiveness to the moment, freedom in our responses, and compassion with our selves and others. Within this coherence, we might live in greater alignment with what we value, there's more permission to listen for what we long for, grieve for what we've lost, awareness as to how we get stuck, and the space to cultivate a brave and trusting presence with what we know. It means being connected with our intuition and guidance from the deepest and essential part of ourselves. This inner-knowing place is always moving toward wholeness, health and the highest good. It's my hope that together we nurture a pathway in toward this sense of knowing, and that this supports the resolutions, healing and changes you seek in your life. Perhaps the support you're looking for is related to a recent loss (death, life transition and change, relational shifts and heartbreak), a nagging fear or anxiety, a readiness to heal an old wound that's been in the waiting, or significant life transition. Perhaps it is something related to your spiritual life; Longing for the sacred to be part of your everyday, questions around your and loved ones mortality, or a curiosity about your unique relationship with The Mystery/Spirit/Divine/God. Sometimes when we experience a loss in our life we can feel far away from ourselves, or lost. Like the rug has been pulled out from under us. Through compassionate listening, generous presence, and the tools we have for exploring felt/inner sense experience, beliefs, history, and lineage inheritance, we can begin to reclaim a presence with our lives. We can begin to integrate our losses, in time, and live lovingly alongside them. From there, wisdom and the brilliant life that we are begins to flow and express itself again.
I believe that a successful encounter is a transformational one. In subtle and gross ways. It is important to me that our time together be meaningful and supportive, and directed by your goals. With my training as a transpersonal counselor, art therapist and spiritual director, as well as years of grief and loss work, mindfulness and yoga training, and EMDR/trauma informed and somatic practice, I trust we will find what works for you. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
