The name Center Sight says so much about how I understand our work. Seeing from the center means living in alignment with what we value, listening to what it is we long for, noticing where and when it is we get stuck, and cultivating a brave presence with what we sense and know inside ourselves. It means being connected with our intuition and guidance from the deepest part of ourselves. This wisdom at the center is in us even when we forget, or when it feels far away. This inner-knowing place is always moving toward wholeness, health and the highest good. At times in our lives this connection can feel impossible and distant. It's my hope that together we nurture a pathway back to this sense of inner knowing, and that this supports the resolutions, healing and changes you seek in your life. Perhaps the support you're looking for is related to a recent loss (death, life transition and change, relational shifts and heartbreaks), a nagging fear or anxiety, or readiness to heal an old wound that's been in the waiting. Perhaps it is something related to your spiritual life, longing for the sacred to be part of your everyday, questions around your and loved ones mortality, or a unique relationship with The Mystery/Spirit/Divine/God. Sometimes when we experience a loss in our life we can feel far away from ourselves, or lost. Like the rug has been pulled out from under us. Through compassionate listening, generous attention, and the tools we have for exploring beliefs, histories, and felt sense experience, we can begin to reclaim our lives. We can begin to integrate our losses, in time, and live lovingly alongside them. From there, wisdom and the brilliant life that we are begins to flow and express itself again.
I believe that a successful encounter is a transformational one. In subtle and gross ways. It is important to me that our time together be meaningful and supportive, and directed by your goals. With my training as a transpersonal counselor, art therapist and spiritual director, as well as years of grief and loss work, mindfulness and yoga training, and EMDR/trauma informed practice, I trust we will find what works for you. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
