I offer a free optional 20 minute consultation to help us both discern if we are a good fit for one another. 

Individual therapy sessions are $160 per hour
Spiritual Direction sessions are $120-$160 per hour
Family/couples sessions are $180 per hour (recommended 1.5 hrs)
